So, each day I've been creating photos using my phone and it looks like I'm learning a bit about how to create a silky photo effect. The main factor that made it happen is the lighting. The best time to create this kind of shot is during the early morning or late afternoon.
During these periods of the day, the lighting is considerably bright and relatively soft. Less harsh lighting will result in soft shadows and a hint of glamour.
When it comes to the composition of the image, I usually go for the low-angle view. The main reason behind it is that I wanted to make the subject as imposing as possible. I had to place my phone to be closely touching the ground.
