Hi everyone
My greetings to you
Hope you are doing well
A few days ago there was an engagement ceremony of a relative and so we were invited there. The venue of the ceremony was 17 km away from our location in Delhi. Generally in the evening and morning time (that is the time of office going and office leaving people) you find a lot of traffic in most of the routes in Delhi. But it was a Sunday, a holiday. So i was expecting that there will be no traffic jam on the way😄😄
But uffff.. As we left and took the turn towards the main road, we found traffic jam. Anxiously I opened my Google map and checked the time to reach the destination. Ohh.. To my utter surprise even on a Sunday evening, when there is lot of pollution too, all the route was full of traffic jams at places. I took the screenshot, which clearly shows the distance and the time.
There are lot of Red lights too, to regulate the traffic so we took almost one and a half hour to reach our destination which was just 17 km away.
I don't know whom should I blame,, or should I blame or not 😄😄😄 but I really don't like traffic jams. You keep standing there in jam and and keep listening the harsh sound of beep beep beep 😂
If there were no traffic jam, i think it would take 12- 15 minutes to cover the same distance.
I know city life has many advantages too but I really feel rural areas are much better than cities. I am glad that rural areas still exist on this planet. I love the natural peaceful environment of the rural areas. At least we can have a morning or evening walk outside, we can breath freely without worrying about the harmful gases and chemicals in the air.
(A view of village life)
Which one do you prefer city life or village life ??😊
