Farther and Clearer Than Ever Before

It is early Christmas morning. I have finished a marathon wrapping session and downed the egg nog that was left out for Santa ... it's not like he doesn't get enough tonight. I ate one of the chocolates left out, took a bite out of a second and left the third for sugar plums to nibble on in the morning.

This feels like the oddest of Christmas. So many people left out and on their own; so many people scared to be joyful. My wish for next year is healing for so many frightful souls that we may remember that life is for living and loving and not for hiding away. Masking our smiles and staying at a distance.

May we embrace our health and joy once again.

I do feel we are on the cusp of a mass awakening and discovery of our inner strength. Nature has stayed consistent and giving, offering the the way out at every turn; whether it be medicine found in the earth, or a natural vaccine created by evolution. We are loved and the universe is working in our favor as long as we recognize it is doing so.

I am not sure if I will stay up another few hours, or take a nap. They are launching the James Webb telescope this morning. A positive omen of good things to come; we will see farther and clearer than ever before, up into the stars.
