So I had a steady week's running with three standard runs - one interval session, one long ish and one easy!
Standard!
Thursday easy run...
Just 6K around the local park, this was an easy run after the previous 1K intervals, pleasant enough!
Sunday Long ish....
My longest run in a while, 9Ks, around the shires, classic route, early enough in the morning, and felt good!
Nice to be back going round the country!
Wednesday Intervals...
I opted for 400M intervals and did quite a lot of them, more than usual, but took it fairly easy this was around the park....
Going forwards...
I'm still in quite a restive mood as my leg doesn't feel quite right, getting there, but I was in the mood for running this morning but didn't because of my leg, tomo I will, and then maybe up my game from there!
