TOPIC: EVERYONE WHO DOES EVIL HATES THE LIGHT
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God (John 3:20-21)
FOOD FOR THOUGHT ON THESE VERSES (John 3:20-21)
Truth shows itself through what it does and who it looks for. Let's live as children of light and look for the Father, who lives in glorious, unapproachable light, so that we can be the light of the world. We should strive to live our lives in a way that reflects the truth, not just through what we say but also through our actions.
As children of light, it is important to seek out the Father and His teachings so that we can better understand how to be a light for others.
It is only by living in the light that we can bring hope and positivity to those around us, and ultimately make a positive impact on the world.
We must also be aware of the darkness that exists in the world and within ourselves. Only by acknowledging and confronting our own darkness can we truly shine as children of light.
It is important to remember that being a light for others does not mean forcing our beliefs or opinions onto them. Instead, we should lead by example and show love, compassion, and understanding towards all people.
Let us continue to strive towards living in the light and spreading positivity wherever we go. May our actions reflect the truth and may we always seek out the Father's teachings to guide us on this journey.
We should also be mindful of the impact our words and actions have on others, especially those who may not share our beliefs or values. It is important to approach all interactions with kindness and respect, even in the face of disagreement or conflict.
In order to truly be a light for others, we must also prioritize self-care and personal growth. This means taking time to reflect on our own thoughts and behaviors, seeking out opportunities for learning and development, and practicing self-compassion.
As we continue on our journey as children of light, let us remain open-minded and humble, recognizing that there is always more to learn and ways in which we can improve ourselves and the world around us.
Ultimately, by living in the light and spreading positivity through our actions and words, we have the power to make a lasting impact on those around us and contribute to a more peaceful and harmonious world.
MY PRAYER TONIGHT
Father of every heavenly light, I ask you to gently correct me as I bring all of my flaws, mistakes, and sins to you. Forgive me and wash me clean with the blood of Jesus so that I can be holy and clean in your eyes. Lord, I don't just want to be forgiven; I also want to help you and your church. Please show me how to become useful. MY PRAYER TONIGHT
