Everyone on this planet earth sure deserves a vacation or even a holiday and sadly not all of us get to have vacations because we think that it's always a period we spend money and time doing absolutely nothing, no working, and no business deals or transactions.

Yes, indeed you aren't supposed to be doing anything on a vacation besides taking care of yourself because if you don't treat yourself perfectly well, once in probably a year or less than that, then you might just be adding to the busy and working-class life you already lead.
Interestingly, vacations come in handy and can be effective in bringing relief, reducing stress, increasing health benefits and reducing the level of unexpected drama in someone's life. Often times, people tend to outlook the countless possibilities that accompany going for a vacation, think about it for just a second you will understand what am trying to say. Close your eyes and picture yourself in a country or preferably a city that you've never been to before, somewhere nice that you had always wanted to visit.
Then visualize yourself at a beach in that city, with a glass of champagne chilling with a bunch of people you barely even know but you guys are simply laughing hard and enjoying the moment. Now tell me, didn't that feel good in your head? I bet it did a 100% and this could happen with just you deciding to go on a vacation.
Vacations are simple ways to tell yourself that despite, outstanding odds, the fact that you didn't do all you had set out to do, but notwithstanding, you accomplished a commendable percentage of them so in other to commend your personal effort, you go on a break, popularly known as a vacation. Vacations are simply just periods in-between life when you take a pause to enjoy the benefits of whatsoever it is you have worked for, you take a break, free yourself of all the stress and hardships you passed through and at the same time devise a more stronger and sophisticated strategy to achieve all that you want to do next. It's a period where you take a leave of absence over your occupation but in rare cases, people take vacations as a hobby.
Quality vacation is always Medicine for a worried, stressed and overworked mind. Most vacations are done with Family, some vacations are done with friends and at all other times, vacations are done personally(alone). Now, some might ask, even if I wanted to go on a vacation, what city or place would I go to? Well, my best answer would be that the world is a very big place and Earth in its form is practically wide, round and moving and there are almost a billion places, cities, and countries you could visit to spend your vacation in a grand style without any form of stress.
I asked my friend a couple of weeks ago if he had any place in mind that he'd want to go have some fun and maybe possibly spend holidays too? He said, ''there are a lot of places but I'd start with a place in Dubai''. If you've never been to Dubai before, I think it's a good place to start the vacation movement. There are a lot of other places like Miami Florida, Houston Texas etc.
A quality vacation is sure to give you the following benefits and advantage;
Stress Reduction- science has shown that taking out time for vacations reduces stress and anxiety relatively in the body.
Brain Power- A timely vacation or holiday is effective in increasing brain power thereby preparing the mind for a more challenging task.
Quality Life- You could easily determine the quality of someone's life through vacations. Vacations help to improve the quality of life you live as a person and also it increases your productivity collectively.
Heart Stability- If you wanted to reduce the rate at which your heart beats, maybe it beats faster than normal due to a steady busy life then the fastest way to do that is going on a vacation at a cool beach, zoo and possibly a hotel that is affordable precisely located in an area exposed to nature. It's possible that you might not notice the changes just be convinced that there are changes aren't the same as you were before the vacation.
Blood Pressure- A good vacation that is grand in style can effect changes to the blood pressure of the body reducing it by the second because when there's no stress attached to a routine then the chances of blood pressure stability is 40-80% certainty.
Of all the benefits of going for a vacation, these are the significant ones that I came up with. So, don't waste any more free time, if you were given a leave of probably a year then take at least a month or few weeks for a vacation or holiday, plan your vacation properly in grand style either with family, friends or maybe just you alone and deliberately make sure that you spend quality time enjoying yourself knowing that you earned it through hard and smart work.
