This Coronavirus (and subsequent lack of fun funds) has stopped me shooting at the Prison this year.. Which is a shame as its a great location for a whole range of shoots..
Just over a year ago I ventured down with model Jade.
A good day was had, the place was quite warm - which always helps because the prison itself hasnt been used in that capacity since 2013. So when its cold, the huge thickness of the concrete walls just turns the place into a huge fridge.
If all the screws looked like this, I'm sure the inmates would be happy.
The stairs are one of my favorite places in the wing.. I like the leading lines.
While the UK is in the midst of more lockdown measures as the C-19 infection rates are rising, there isnt any future shoots planned at the prison.. But, if there are more in the future.. I've got plans, and theyre rude.
