Día de la madre con mis peques [Esp/Eng]

Desde que decidimos emprender con Detallitos Dulces, las fechas especiales (Día de la Madre, día del padre, día de los enamorados, etc.) en casa se celebran algunos días después, y este año no fue la excepción, tocó trabajar, no solo con Detallitos Dulces, sino en casa, porque ese día justo llegó el agua, y para los que vivimos en Isla Margarita eso solo significa una cosa **hay que limpiar y lavar ropa **, es algo así como una sentencia de casa por cárcel un mínimo de dos días 🤣, así que la celebración tuvo que ser pospuesta, pero ayer nos dimos nuestra escapada a comer algo rico.

Estábamos entre parrilla y pizza, pero aunque era mi día de escoger, como toda mamá, decidí dar prioridad a los deseos de los niños y en ejercicio de la democracia que manejamos en casa ganó la pizza, así que nos fuimos a nuestro lugar favorito Baguette Bistró a disfrutar de una deliciosa pizza.

De este lugar les he hablado varias veces porque después de haber probado en distintas pizzerías, justo ahora, esta es nuestra favorita, porque sus pizzas sin duda son super ricas, y tuvimos la oportunidad de comparar hace poco, con una de las pizzerías más populares de la isla, y la verdad que el sabor de estas no lo cambiamos por ninguna, aunque quizá es cuestión de gustos.

Esta es una pizza delgada, con muchísimo queso, una salsa deliciosa, y un toque de pesto que no solo le aporta un gran sabor, sino que no se siente para nada seca la masa, la verdad yo la amo, y aunque en tamaño no supera la promoción del otro lugar, la preferimos, ya que como les digo son DELICIOSAS, por eso esta fue nuestra elección para la celebración del día de las madres, así que al salir los chicos del colegio, nos fuimos directo a almorzar.

En esta oportunidad nos tocó solitos porque mi esposo no está en casa, y aunque obviamente hubiésemos querido estar con el, aún falta algo de tiempo para que esté con nosotros, así que decidimos aprovechar, y luego volver a celebrar con él 🤣🤣

En fin, que llegamos a la pizzería listos para disfrutar de las excelentes promociones que ofrece el lugar, y en nuestro caso, pedimos una que incluye una pizza Margarita familiar con un adicional, más un refresco (gaseosa) de litro por 6$. Nosotros nos decidimos por champiñones como adicional, y por 1,5$ agregamos tocineta, y la verdad fue una gran elección.

La pizza como siempre no nos decepcionó, super húmeda, delgadita y tostada como nos gusta y con un sabor increíble, la verdad que fue una gran elección que por supuesto disfrutamos muchísimo.

Fue un momento para compartir con mis niños y celebrar la bendición de tenerlos conmigo, agradecer por el regalo de la maternidad y todas las bendiciones de Dios en nuestras vidas. Sin dudas ser mamá no es fácil, pero tengo un gran compañero en mi esposo y unos niños que no me lo hacen difícil, así que es mucho lo que tengo que agradecer.

We were between grill and pizza, but even though it was my day to choose, like every mom, I decided to give priority to the wishes of the kids and in exercise of the democracy we manage at home pizza won, so we went to our favorite place Baguette Bistró to enjoy a delicious pizza.

I have told you about this place several times because after having tried different pizzerias, just now, this is our favorite, because their pizzas are undoubtedly super rich, and we had the opportunity to compare recently, with one of the most popular pizzerias on the island, and the truth is that the taste of these we would not change it for any, although perhaps it is a matter of taste.

This is a thin pizza, with lots of cheese, a delicious sauce, and a touch of pesto that not only adds a great flavor, but the dough does not feel dry at all, the truth is that I love it, and although in size does not exceed the promotion of the other place, we prefer it, because as I say they are DELICIOUS, so this was our choice for the celebration of Mother's Day, so when the kids left school, we went straight to lunch.

This time we were alone because my husband is not at home, and although obviously we would have liked to be with him, there is still some time left for him to be with us, so we decided to take advantage, and then go back to celebrate with him 🤣🤣.

Anyway, we arrived at the pizzeria ready to enjoy the excellent promotions that the place offers, and in our case, we orde one that includes a family Margarita pizza with an additional, plus a soft drink (soda) of liter for 6$. We opted for mushrooms as an additional, and for 1.5$ we added bacon, and it was a great choice.

The pizza as always did not disappoint us, super moist, thin and toasted as we like and with an incredible flavor, the truth is that it was a great choice that of course we enjoyed a lot.

It was a time to share with my children and celebrate the blessing of having them with me, to give thanks for the gift of motherhood and all of God's blessings in our lives. Without a doubt being a mom is not easy, but I have a great partner in my husband and children who do not make it difficult for me, so I have a lot to be thankful for.
