Hey everyone Whats up new friends here on Hive im Alona Balindres yeah just turned 45 not too long ago. You know how life goes sometimes im a widow now and ive got three boys to look after all on my own. And to be honest

i dont have a regular job right now so making ends meet is pretty tough most days. Losing my husband hit us hard really hard. We used to do everything together you know Split the bills take turns helping the kids with homework

even argue about what to cook for dinner. Now its all on me and some days i feel like Im juggling a hundred things at once and dropping half of them. All three of my kids are boys no girls to balance things out

My oldest is already figuring out what he wants to do with his life asking me about college and jobs. The middle ones stuck in that phase where he thinks he knows everything but still needs me to remind him

to eat breakfast. And the baby well hes still my baby even if he keeps saying hes a big kid now. Ive gotta be mom and dad for all of them hug them when theyre sad scold them when they mess up

and pretend ive got all the answers even when i dont. Jobwise i just take whatever comes my way Sometimes i help clean houses for neighbors other days i whip up some traditional Filipino snacks and sell them on the corner.

Ive even done laundry for folks down the street when they need an extra pair of hands. It helps us get through each day but theres never enough left over for the stuff that matters like when one of the boys

needs new shoes or the electricity bill goes up more than we expected. A friend told me about Hive i want to thank Hive account@jocabanero4 my sister inlaw helped me and taught me how to join here on Hive. Said its not just some website its more like a group of people who get what lifes like. That maybe

can share what i know meet folks whove been through similar stuff and maybe even find ways to earn a little extra by doing things i enjoy. Honestly Im not really sure how it all works yet but i figured why not give it a shot i dont have fancy skills or lots of money to share but i know how to work hard and i care about people. I hope i can learn a lot from all of you, and maybe even help out however i can once i get the hang of things here.
