Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday and welcome to another Actifit report.
So, today, this morning, I did some stretching and warmup exercises. Then a good walk around the neighborhood. It was a nice beautiful day this morning. Weather was good and the sun was out for a good number of hours until later in the afternoon it rained on and off. Overall, I had a great walking activity.
