I have been a little bit under the weather these past few days. And just like what the doctors would say, a lot of water, rest and medication.
Because of the series I'm watching right now, I have been sacrificing a lot some of my rest time just so I can binge watch. Of course my full time job as a mother and wife has to come first, then juggling two part time jobs at night, I can hardly keep up with my activities. But I'm almost caught up with the episodes so I can now move on to the next series give myself a decent amount of rest.
Anyways... I need to wear this face mask until I get better. I usually wouldn't wear one when I'm not feeling well but I'm sneezing a lot and it kinda throw a lot of germs and harmful organism around. Me getting sick is a lot more bearable than seeing my little one get infected.
I learned today that the two sides - the blue and the white sides - of a face mask has different purposes. Only the white part has the filter which means it is important where the sides of the mask is faced when wearing one.
so now that I am sick and I don't want to infect anyone, I should be wearing the mask blue side out. This is so the white part could filter the microorganisms and stop th from spreading inside the house.
Now, if I am not sick but need to go outside and I think that my immune system may not be able to take on the amount of germs that I will encounter, I should wear the mask white side out.
Until now, I did not know that those sides mattered. Oh well, at least now I know.
