With this post, I would like to share the updates on the development work which I've done over the last week.
Creator Studio
Updating Existing 3Shorts
- I wrote script to mark existing videos as 3Shorts
- Got it reviewed by Vaultec
- Addressed merge request feedback
- This merge request isn't merged yet
- This screen needs to be executed
Marking videos as 3Shorts
- I updated UPLOAD feature to mark video as 3Short
- Creator Studio will detect the video length
- If video length is 90 seconds or below, video will be marked as 3Shorts.
- This merge request needs to be merged.
FrontEnd / 3Speak.tv
- Displaying 3Shorts on web-app/3Speak TV
- I added new menu items on 3Speak.tv website
- Tapping on those menu items, shows videos just like any other videos
- It's just that those videos are categoriesed & shown under different menu item
- This merge request needs to be merged.
Mobile App
- I reviewed changes made by Igor & asked for couple of changes
- His changes were reviewed again & merged finally into dev branch.
- I've finally found the issue for black screen on video player for Android.
- I'll check with users like
& other users who were facing this issue.
- I've also updated mobile app video players for both iOS & Android.
- 3Shorts now plays next video automatically after finishing the earlier video.

- I am uploading new version for both iOS & Android at the moment.

- Clear Gitlab Board
- AltStore Listing (Highest priority)
- Shorts under the brackets & have links - frontend.
- Move the desktop link down
- Move the link of communities up one level
- Video Player for 3Shorts on 3Speak.tv
