Friends, as you know, noise is a common problem that teachers have to face in every class. Teachers often complain that children make a lot of noise in class, do not pay attention and do not follow the rules, but the question is why is this so?
Is it the fault of teachers or parents or is it the fault of children that they do not pay attention? In fact, my experience is that the main reason why children do not focus is your social media, that is, the mobile phones that you take from your children at a young age, YouTube, games or such activities that are much older than their age, but parents give their children easy access to mobile phones or social media just to make things easier for themselves.
Now what happens is that when children are sitting alone focusing on this thing, their entire attention is on social media. If they like cartoons, they are watching the cartoons carefully. And the problem with this is that when they are sitting in class, they are jumping around in class like this. So if they have even the slightest interest in something, they don't focus on it.
The second reason for this is that I will also say that one of the reasons for this is that there is another fault of the parents in this. Earlier, parents used to explain to their children that discipline is important, but today's parents put everything on the teacher, so that the teacher can teach them everything, while children spend a lot more time at home than at school.
As I have told you, the effect of social media is that children are not able to focus. One of the reasons for this is that they want to improve themselves by taking online classes. They are learning to pay attention all the time. However, despite this, they are thinking about entertainment in class, whereas the class is life-changing for them. From there, children are taking the first step in their lives.
Now what happens is that in this situation, there is also a challenge for the teacher, which is not an easy one. As you know, in a class, there are different children from different backgrounds. Some children are intelligent, some are afraid, some can focus and some cannot focus. Just because of adopting a strict role all the time, the children who are there cannot focus in class due to fear. Therefore, teachers should also teach the children with love, motivation and creativity, and with a third in children.
In my opinion, to improve the classroom deeply, the teacher, parents, principal, and student must work together. If the child's respect, responsibility, and esteem are instilled at both home and school, the environment can automatically improve. Friends, you must also tell me your opinion.
