I fell hard... and to be honest...I didn't even try to get back up! I conceded! I spent most of the night and early morning playing catch up...turning the house upside down, making sure I was ready for my flight on Saturday.

As your first week progressed, what did you find to be the most challenging part of beginning this journey? Do you think that this week #2 has helped you be consistent and more dedicated? Or are you getting frustrated already!
To be completely honest, I think it's managing my time! I need to do better!! So I coped ok in week 1 with a lot of effort and squeezing things in late at night but then week 2 I just had too much to do outside of the challenge and so had very little room to maneuver in amongst my other responsibilities, and I was just feeling a bit meh and tired... and my willpower was at a low... before I knew it I was snacking on crisps and chocolate instead of fruit and veg and I was not working out...mmm...I think the admin of getting everything ready for my holiday wore me down a bit too much 😱🙄

Well, there is only one direction this can take now, right???
Yep... UP, UP & AWAY...
... so I am going to be gentle with myself, take the small wins (erm... somebody told me that some of these are actually big wins hehe😂) and accept that every bit of green above is more than I had before the Challenge started... so, onwards and upwards...for there is a whole lot of healthy living still to be done still❣️
