The GiftGiver faucet now gives 0.003 HIVE and 0.002 Hive Power per claim 🤔

I noticed that the Hive account@giftgiver faucet, instead of giving out the usual 0.005 HIVE, now gives 0.003 HIVE and 0.002 Hive Power per claim. 🤔
