There are many tree saplings on the roof of our house, these are different fruits. Because in our country people still plant different types of saplings on the roof of the house and try to enjoy the time by taking care of them. Today I will talk about a favorite fruit tree on the roof of our house.
This is guava, a fruit of excellent taste. There is a tree on the roof of our house, the tree is not big but it holds a lot of guava. Everyone in our house loves guava. Although it is a seasonal fruit, guava is present throughout the year.
In this difficult time of the present Corona, a variety of native fruits can play an excellent role in maintaining our physical fitness. Because native fruits contain a lot of vitamin C. And vitamin C boosts our body's resistance to disease. And guava has a lot of vitamin C.
Guava also contains Vitamin-A and Vitamin-B complex. Each 100 grams of guava contains 180 mg of vitamin-C, 7 calories, 250 IU of vitamin-A, 0.07 g of thiamine, 1.2 mg of niacin, 302 mg of vitamin-C, 30 mg of calcium, 29 mg of phosphorus and 17.1 carbohydrates, 1 gram of protein.

So considering the current time, we should eat more guava, because the more vitamin C we can take, the more our immune system will be. However, a certain amount must be taken, so that the body is not harmed.
It is important to keep in mind that guava is not only famous for its vitamin C. It regulates hypertension as our body's immune system increases, improves our eyesight, and eliminates cold-related problems in those who have cold-related problems.
