Hey, how are you all? I’m writing to share an important milestone of my second little one, Michael. He started his first solid yesterday. He’s 6 months old now, That was quick!
I love to make baby food. It’s easy and fun to make. I used the veggies available in my fridge. So squash and Moringa leaves is on offer. I boiled them until soft and pureed them in a food processor. These veggies has extremely loads of benefits, Moringa considers as a superfoods.
I started to give him at lunch. At first, he’s trying to figure out what was he eating instead of milk, i guess.:)
I only give him like 3 baby spoonful just to try.
And the second solid was Breakfast, Pureed Oats and Apple to start the day. I am giving solids one hour after Breastfeeding. Milk is still their main source of nutrition until 1 year of age.
Prior to solid foods, Babies are curious to try what’s adult eating. I remember my kids watch us eating our food even grabbing our spoons.
It is truly full of wonders into their little world.
