Difference of Red meat and White meat?
Red Meat - It contains Myoglobin and heme iron, which is highly absorbable in our body.
Myoglobin - a protein found in the muscle cells of animals.
White Meat - like chicken or fish, andthey contain little or no Myoglobin.

Buy the right cut - larger cuts for steaks and smaller cuts for stews and stir fry.
Buy the right amount - The recommended portion of meat is 180 - 220 gm per person.
Frozen Meat
- Frozen meat are less cheaper compare to the chilled meat. It is the same in nutritional value and can be stored up to 6 months - 1 year to consume.
