Ingredients

| Paneer | 150 grams |
| Ghee | 3 tablespoons |
| Onion Chopping | 4 tablespoons |
| Tomato chopping | 3 tablespoons |
| Raw chilli | 6 pieces |
| Dry chilli paste | 3 tablespoons |
| Cumin paste | 4 tablespoons |
| Garlic paste | 1 tablespoons |
| Salt | 1 tablespoons |
| Tumaric powder | 2/3 tablespoons |
| Mustard oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Water | 2 tablespoons |
Process
After gathering all ingredients,I took a pan .and kept a pan on the oven .After heating pan,i admixed 2 tablespoons Ghee in pan and heat it. After that i mixed Paneer with Ghee in pan and fried it .After frying paneer with Ghee,i picked up this frying paneer from pan.
I mixed 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and mixed raw chilli,ripe tomatoes chopping, cumin paste and dry chilli paste in pan.
I mixed ginger paste, tumaric powder, salt and onion chopping.and blend it properly in pan.
I mixed water 2 Cup in pan .After sometimes, i added frying paneer in pan .and boil 8 minutes and mixed 1 tablespoons Ghee with paneer recipe and boil 2 minutes in pan and pick up this recipe from pan.
In this process,i made nutritious delicious healthy Ghee paneer recipe.Now Ghee paneer recipe is ready for serve.
