Zoom!!

Today has been an exciting day for me. I can not even remember a day where so many things around me brought so much happiness. What things you might be wondering? Well, I'll tell you!

The first great thing was getting the e-mail that Steem is now being listed on Netcoins. Does this mean someday I will be able to buy things from a Crypto type of ATM? One can only hope. The best thing is all of the positive advertising Steem blockchain got while this was going on. Yay US!!

The second exciting thing to happen today was very unexpected. I ended up doing an interview with Hive account@clixmoney who is the founder of Hive account@dcooperation. I thought it was just going to be two of us talking to get to know if I was 'okay' to join the group.

Good thing I asked if I should put makeup on and get out of my jammies!!! Scary to think what could have happened if I had not asked the question!

In order to do the interview, Hive account@clixmoney sent me a link for Zoom. I had no idea what it was but clicked on it anyway. Yes, I trusted him to send me a good link and I'm very happy I did. Zoom is a Skype-like program. You can use it one on one person for free.

The more people you add into the call you only get 45 minutes free. It looks like the cheapest plan is 14.99$ US a month. I don't see the need to go beyond the free plan.

After the interview, I found myself all alone with a new program and no one to help test it out with. Lucky for me Hive account@steemitblog made a post Announcing the Winners!. Three of the people I voted for won tickets.

Congratulations, Hive account@katrina-ariel, Hive account@enginewitty, and Hive account@yidneth. Make sure you take tons of photos while you are there!! Katrina-ariel, you know the one I want!! 😂

I then asked Hive account@katrina-ariel if she would mind clicking on a link I sent her. Lucky for me she did! It was so wonderful to see her face and her smile that never ended. We talked on Zoom and it worked out great.

I do need to spend some time reading the directions. I would like to see how to do a few more things I would need to be able to do with this program before using it full time. I'm was very impressed with how it performed taking videos and the clear sound when talking to others around the world.

For a Monday that started off with The Creative Coffee Hour which Hive account@artemisnorth and Hive account@shadowspub run each week, the laughs had there, my Monday started out wonderful and just kept getting better and better!
