For days, especially at night, I was experiencing headaches that I thought might be due to excessive screen time during the day. Then, I saw an ad for non-prescription glasses with blue light filter. Even though I thought I didn't need them, the voices in my head convinced me otherwise 😜. So, I looked them up online and ordered a pair...
They arrived...
I also thought they looked like toy glasses, haha...
But I'm still going to give them a try and see how they work. I'll let you know how it goes later 🤭.
