Hello people and like minded investors. Things are really started to heat up with another recent surge in SPI token sales due to STEEM dropping down to the 19-20 cent range. To take advantage of this i hosted the first Fiat to SPI token group buy. There were 3 investors that took part and now that the exchange is complete, they have already been sent their SPI tokens and transaction complete. In this post i will show screen shots of each key point and show how we go from Paypal to SPI tokens is less than 10 minutes with a few clicks of the mouse.

Round up of August's group buy
This being the first i was no expecting big numbers but getting £176.50 from 3 investors is not to bad when considered this to be over 1000 STEEM in today's prices. This group buy in the future could provide SPI with additional token sales in the thousands if enough people become committed to saving even a small amount of fiat every month into SteemPower Investments. Let's get on into this here....
Step 1
Check the paypal balance. The total balance is £176.50. This breaks down to 150 in pounds, 4.03 pound in dollars and 22.47 pound in euro's totaling 176.50. I withdraw this money and it takes a few minutes to arrive in my bank account.
Step 2
I head over into my wirex account and upload £176.50 into my ETH wallet. This sort of annoy's me a little as we are about 2 penny's away from getting exactly 1 complete ETH but hay hoo, what's the difference. .998706 is what we got.
Step 3
Now we have our ETH we need to ship it over to Binance to convert it into STEEM. The fee is 88 pence are .005% which is acceptable.
Step 4
After a few minutes, the ETH has been confirmed and arrive's safely. I head straight to the STEEM market and place an order at market price for speed. The order is filled within 2 minutes. Time to move that 1081 STEEM over to the

Wait about 3 seconds for the transaction to confirm and there it is in the

Now the STEEM is int he SPI wallet, we need to issue out the tokens. First i figure out how many SPI tokens 1081 converts to. It's easy to work out o answer of 983. Next we need to break down the pool into percentages for each investor.
1st Group buy done and dusted
This is a win in my books. Qam does what some liquid STEEM but even still im still sure this will result in over 500-600 new SPI tokens being issued. I look forward to doing this again next month but some may have missed the boat on 19 cent STEEM by then and it could be up at 25-30 cent. We never know and that's why buying regularly breaks the good times and the bad. Thank you to
