Paso a paso/Step by step
Paso 1️⃣
Step 1️⃣
To begin, I'm going to show you how I made the keychain part. My idea was to make a chain with blue flowers, but that's just one part, since my next idea was to place the beads in a random order. At first there was, but then I just added mixes of beads and buttons, and knot covers on each side to keep it from coming undone.
Paso 2️⃣
Step 2️⃣
Now let's get started on making Miffi, the main star of my keychain. For convenience, I drew Miffi's silhouette on a separate sheet of paper and then transferred the image to the fabric, carefully tracing it with a pencil. It's worth noting that I traced the silhouette on the reverse side of the fabric.
Paso 3️⃣
Step 3️⃣
After I traced Miffi's silhouette onto the fabric, I used a clip or pin to hold the fabric in place so it wouldn't move while I sewed this part by hand. After sewing, I left a part unsewn because that's where I'm going to turn the fabric right side out and also put the stuffing for the plushie.
Paso 4️⃣
Step 4️⃣
Now cut off the excess fabric around the seam, turn the fabric inside out and you can see the shape. Now we're going to add the stuffing. In my case, I used the fabric scrap I mentioned, since cutting it very small makes it a very practical stuffing using recycled fabric. Once I complete this step, all that's left is to sew the opening closed.
Paso 5️⃣
Step 5️⃣
Then, with a needle and thread, I shaped the body, ears, arms, and legs, and I marked the eyes with a pencil to see where each one went, and also the mouth. Then I sewed the eyes and mouth with thread.
Paso 6️⃣
Step 6️⃣
Now it was time to assemble the keychain. Using pliers, I unfastened the safety pin so I could attach Miffi first, and then I attached the keychain chain. Finally, I fastened the safety pin again, and that's how this beautiful keychain was finished. I hope you liked it!

Tip 👌
Recycled fabric is a great option for creating mini plush toys; it also serves as stuffing for plush toys, making this material one of the most used in crafts.
