Hello to all of you friends of diyhub, welcome to a new craft blog. Today I want to show you how I made a keychain with the Nirvana logo. This keychain was made using the Miyuki technique, which is basically a bead weaving technique. Everything you can do with this technique is truly beautiful. Plus, you can have fun weaving it, as it's incredibly relaxing. I invite you to come and see how I made this keychain, and if you like it, you can also make your own.

I started by preparing my little box that works like a loom, and I placed the thread in each slot that I made in the edges of the box, in each slot goes each thread and I placed 11 rows of thread, then I prepared the needle with thread and I began placing 11 black beads to begin with the first row, the question here to make the weaving is to try to place each bead in each row of thread and once each bead is accommodated the thread is passed with the needle through the middle, this makes the beads stay and so I went with the next row of beads.

In the next row I placed the white beads to create the drawing, which is like an emoji. I placed the sequence as follows for the first part of the logo: 3 black beads, then 5 white beads, and then I placed 3 black beads again. In the next row I placed 2 black beads, then 7 white beads, and again 2 black beads.

Now I'm going to start with the part where the eyes go, I placed a black bead and then 3 white bead, then 1 black bead, 1 white bead, 1 black bead, 3 white bead and 1 black bead, after that I did the same thing for the second time. After the second row I made a row of 1 black bead and 9 white beads and 1 black bead, this row will be the one that makes a small separation from the next row which will be to start making the mouth.

For the mouth part I placed 1 black bead, 1 white bead, 1 black bead, 5 white beads, 1 black bead, 1 white bead and finally 1 black bead. In the next row I placed 1 black bead, 2 white beads, 5 black beads, 2 white beads and 1 black bead. After having made the mouth part, what I did was continue placing the same sequence as at the beginning to finish the weaving, finally I placed the ring and the chain on one side.
