Hey! ;P morning!
Woke up to the sound of rain, that rain sound that you know is gonna bug ya for a number of hours, the constant sound of not just a rain storm that starts quick and is over but that plodding, slow moving rain cloud getting in the way between funds top up and no funds top up, I’m not stressing really thou, just gotta make sure my voice is on point, I’m gonna be pushing it this week with all the talking.
You know I woke with a world of intention today, I know what I have to do, a bunch of videos are waiting for me to edit (which is awesome) and I’m up and at the machine ready to rock and roll, i’m pleased to have gotten some good sleep, eggs and coffee down me and have a clear attack plan for work this week, this is really gonna help the coffers this month for sure and give that algorithm a bump, I’m hoping to at least crush the two hours today and then see where I am later today.
awww, loved ya grateful list today — that’s always good to see, boy making the top place grade today (leaves apple on the desk for teacher dayle) — kinda just put that universe energy out there and said hey, I’m gonna be doing this creative stuff over here and the universe was like, nope, you got work to do brother, so that’s a little hack that worked out, set’s me up for the week and I’ve got focus so that’s awesome.

I am so much more motivated to podcast again, the financial incentive is awesome of course that they are rolling out but it’s also the feeling of something bigger and better too you know, ticking all the boxes of the algorithm, I mean if all we had to do is podcast a few times a week (from random pubs) I mean I’d be happy as Larry, it’s super interesting to me how you can make a living these days, ride the lighting, follow the intention biza! :)
Food, exercise and early morning stuffs — can totally see the duo combo squad getting those boots on and hitting the trails, yes mam, that’s gonna be us, excited for meal prep, working to get to those life goals, putting things in place and learning about new things along the way, certainly picked up from where things were a few months back, also understand the need for hunkering down and getting the reserves on lock too.
HA! You totally busted me, I totally did poke my head out looking at the weather like a little mouse! damn, mr predicable eh, I gotta change that routine up then — but yeah, I had a look, damp, wet, overcast, dark and dreary yet I’ve got a sunshine media day ahead, thankful for the work, excited to get into the edit, happy to get these vlogs done.
It’s such a good feeling to see those people recording a little video each day, I wonder if anyone has clicked about the power of this, the idea of a remote editor, the idea of a collaborative network of vlogging nodes dotted around the world, how much power that has, what youtube could be instead of personalities and shit, what if people came together on video content to fix, contribute, add, subtract, suggest. ..
I do believe that even just in three days you can see the forming of connection through the videos, people see more open and trusting in this safer environment before the edit, you get two kinds of media, the unguarded and the edited version — for the people that are involved that’s a powerful self discovery message I think.
thanks for the props but really I just love to make, you know that, gandi always said be the change you want to see in the world and this is that, marking my intention.
I so so wanted to connect with vloggers in decentralised networks, it starts with ten, then goes to 25, to 50 to 100 and beyond, by that stage we have a real strong voice and community of people who can download the content and edit their own version if they wish but also we open ourselves up to the brands and agencies next year that will be hunting down decentralised groups of influencers.
On track this morning, gonna jump in and get my first hour of words done, get the screen all setup and then keep on stepping through, hour break here and there, see how many I can do with my voice before it completely breaks, kinda hoping the words are longer actually in some ways.
Not much else to share, had some crazy dreams, probably three or four last night but then I’ve also been reading a lot of stuff in flip-board so they might be just getting overwritten and remixed in my brain, not sure. Ha! :)
Gotta get some life admin jobs in today as well, pots mainly, I’ve got plenty of milk and I bought some packs of like a cheese sauce mix last week so I’ve got like oats to go at and the potential to make some cheesy pasta situation later on, but I gotta do the washing up first, recordings first, then life admin.
First proper week of December, this will probably be a relatively slow week but you can absolutely expect week two and three to really motor on past and then we are into our flight logistics phase for Christmas and the New Year! — looking forward to seeing you and I know mini biza is too!: )
