Hey Actifit frens! I had a very busy and extremely long but very active day today knocking out almost 17,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a walk at lunch and by going for a over 4 mile run after work today. Hope y’all had a productive day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
