Old Cuban
- 6/8 pcs Mint Leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces Aged Rum
- 3/4 ounce Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 ounces Brut Champagne or Prosecco
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker except the wine, shake well with ice, strain into chilled elegant cocktail glass.
Top up with the sparkling wine.
Garnish with mint springs.
