I think that, deep down, most of us already know how this is going to turn out:

• A digital ID for everyone in the form of an implanted chip with GPS tracker, similar to those we put on dogs and cats;
• The chip will be associated to your vaccine record, somehow... maybe even stored in the Blockchain (https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2020060606);
• Those chips will be scanned by the airport, train and buses security and without them you won't be allowed to travel very far...

I'd like to say I'm wrong but I don't think so. To me, this is George Orwell's 1984 novel coming to reality.
