The evolution of original Sin
Peter Paul Rubens
There is no single definition of knowledge. Even so, there are many perspectives of knowledge being the consideration based on its function and foundation, a historical problem that starts from philosophical reflection and science.
But we can start in the theories of the beginning with the original sin summarized version.
Adam and Eve have stopped cheating by the devil and disobeyed God to consume the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Disobedience to God himself. What caused them to be ashamed Both their nakedness and their disobedience.
This was the first sin on earth: original sin, and therefore all the descendants of Adam and Eve, we come to the world with original sin sealed in the soul, and the consequences of that first sin, which is transmitted to us by generation .
The original sin with which we are all born is the deprivation of original holiness and justice. Sin introduces into the world a fourfold rupture: the break of man with God, with himself, with other human beings and with the creation of all life.
It is the moment in which we realize that everything we think was actually one thing turns out to be another.
What does this nudity really symbolize?
A lot of things we understand at that moment. We become naked, because the old clothes do not fit anymore and new clothes will have to be woven with fresh wool. It is the dawn of true knowledge. It is the knowledge that makes us aware that there is a divine state and also a corruption of that state.
That, at any time, exists. And we must choose our lifetime based on this knowledge.
The Garden of Eden is representative of a state of essentially "passive" potential. A potential that has not yet started and is immobile. What was needed was a spark that the whole thing. And that spark occurred when Eva, who was in subconscious communication with the snake, reached out and reached for the red, round apple and took a bite of it.
It was she who broke the taboo of obedience to authority
What about the role of the snake in this drama?
Source
The serpent is the anima of an increase of energy. The Kundalini serpent, entwined around the spine (trunk) of the tree of knowledge.
Do you understand?
When the serpent spoke to Eve:
“In the beginning was the Wor”.
However, this word was not a real word, but a vibration. An impulse. Energy directed from within.
And this energy told Eva:
"Do it".
And she did it.
His action bears the hallmark of the first signs of a divine mission:
The agitation towards the movement of what is fecund but incapable of acting.
It was the female divine force what allowed Adam and Eve to wake up and find that they were no longer just innocent hippies who amused themselves in the cozy garden of the unconscious; without challenges and without realizing the greater reality of existence.
It is a prerogative to “reach knowledge of good and evil” and then start on that path of greater knowledge, no matter what!
Hell yeah snake
So, why did the Church choose to promote this forbidden factor?
Because this "knowledge" is able to expose the tyranny that lies at the heart of human slavery.
A knowledge that should not be allowed to leave out of fear of its repercussions on the control system that was already in place, and for which the church was and continues to be today an accomplice.
The command not to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge does not come from God, but from some other implacable force in front of everything that is divine.
As the story tells us:
"A serpent is entwined around its trunk."
Since ancient times, this snake has been recognized as a source of special energy. In particular, as has been said before, in the descriptions of the Kundalini practice of Tantra Yoga.
It is the ascending energy that illuminates, one by one, the seven chakras of the human body ascending in the spine just as the serpent moves through the trunk of the tree of knowledge awakening (in this case) the succulent glory of the famous Apple.
A morsel that moved Adam and Eve to a certain state of consciousness
The serpent and the tree are, therefore, powerful symbols and tools of "human enlightenment".
