Here's my last set of Rhondda snow photos. I don't know when I'll get to be there again, so I have no expectations of ever being able to get snow pictures in Wales in the future.
This was still in the aftermath of a magnificent 10-inch snowfall (measured on the sidewalk outside my house.) A couple days after the snowfall, I took these pictures from our back garden.
Yes, our top garden was actually about as high as our roof! That's the nature of the hill these houses were built on. Despite the top garden being on the north side of the house, it had full sunlight most of the time (well, when it was sunny, anyway, which wasn't often.)
You can also see how it often came to be that my cats could easily sun themselves on the apex of our roof!
Again, you get to catch a glimpse of the amazing landscape of the Rhondda Valley! In some ways I wish I still lived there, but it wasn't for us.
