A care platform for patients together with a nurse and a health care provider. There are many services that the platform offered like monitoring the patients, a follow-up for patients, fall detections from the patients. With this platform, it can supervise the patient, there is also a dasboard to the nurse on the daily care basis, and sense the patient right away.
