It was spitting when I arrived at Royal Hotel, Kuningan. My clothes are a little damp even though I got off from the car. It causes it's raining cats and dogs when I leave my home. Nowadays, the weather is not friendly and the sky feels blue. It is okay cause I would enjoy the weather in the cozy room.
Hi everyone, how was your weekend?
I spend my weekend on staycation in the hotel with my friend. There is no special occasion, just want to move from my cozy bed to cozier bad in the hotel.
Having the experience to stay overnight here it's my pleasure. This hotel was recommended by my friend when I still work as a reporter. She is the head of the fan club of an Indian TV actor, she invited me there when their fan club celebrate their idol's birthday. I thought this hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Kuningan with affordable prices for an employee like me.
So let me show you how was my room and how I spent my time there, The Royal Hotel Kuningan.
The Royal Hotel Kuningan
The name, Royal reminds me of The Royal Family. I thought that's why this hotel was named, cause they would serve their guests like A King and A Queen. But I have to stay that sorry, the security is not humble enough. When I arrived and get off my case, they did not offer help like others luxury hotels did. But it is only the security, not the receptionist.
- The Lobby
The difference of lobby The Royal Hotel from other hotels was the lobby is not direct from the entrance. You have to go up, there's an escalator and beautiful upstairs from the ground floor.

Besides, they have some sofas for the guests if they wanna waiting before check-in or after check-out. They tried to serve the guests comfortably. I think I would like to spend a long time there when the raining cats and dogs before I leave the hotel, cause the lobby is comfortable.

- The Room
We have a queen bed cause I choose the room for two people. It's not large but for me, it is an ideal room.
I have the LCD television, a workplace, a table with a mini refrigerator on it, a tea and coffee bank, and the thing on the left one that I did not know the utility.
Besides the bed, there is a space with a little sofa for relaxing while enjoying the view from our room. And here is what you can see from our room. Cause our room is not on the up floor, there's no nice view but the view from our home is not that bad.

That was a street beside the public highways traversed by vehicles. What you can see are the trees, an empty field, the commuter train line, and the buildings along the brass road
- Bathroom
Now we have to move on to the bathroom. Cause the room is not that large, the bathroom space is small without a bathtub.
This is the sink space with hot and cold water. There's a hairdryer too. There is a need for bathing in the hotel with soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, tissue, and wine glass. Actually, I don't know about wine glasses or just glasses. There is also free water there.
Beside the sink, there is a towel rack. And did you know what else in the bathroom that I like is the lamp? They have a beautiful lamp, artistic.
In front of the sink, there is a shower with a glass barrier.
Then in front of the shower, there is the toilet.
The bathroom is super clean. The thing that I love about the hotel was they even have a cozy bathroom.
And did you know? There's a space like the secret door beside the sink. Let me show you.
This is not just a door. If you open that door, you would be connected to the bed, meanwhile, the room is the cupboard next to the bed.

And there is a safe-deposit box on the cupboard. I think this space would be a secret room for hiding someone, if you cheating on your spouse then your spouse knows that you have an affair in this hotel. Hahaha...
- The Swimming Pool
This is my favorite place from the Royal Hotel. They have big swimming pool with big terrace. It's like the rooftop. Unfortunately, the it was spitting so the place is wet. Even though I could not swim due the weather is cold, impossible for me to swimming there, so I just take look around there.

There is beautiful flower there, which is wet due the rain.
Besides, the view from the swimming pool area is great. I could see the high buildings from there.
