I wanted to create this post using Ecency but I have a saved draft that pops up every time I go into write. Oh well. Today I write about my Dcity. Before I start I want to tag and show her a new game. I also want to remind her to take it as she learns (which can be done by reading posts about the topic 😁🤣). So go read, comment, and upvote anyone who has posted in the last seven days if you enjoy what you have read and got something out of it.
This was my city this morning before I went on a shopping spree in an attempt to increase my population. I noticed that there are not a whole lot of population card and most of them are not cheap or do not offer a significant increase.
I bought four cards through minting...
...and I bought four cards from nftm.art. I know the luxury homes says four but anyone who uses this site knows this is how the cards are displayed. I already had two.
Aside from the drop in sim amount, I'm not seeing any difference in the first image and this one. Im not sure why. My sim power also remains the same. If anyone can explain this I would greatly appreciate it.
I spent way more than I had intended. The minting costs 3200 which is okay then the nftm.art purchase was another 1470. I think I could have waited to pay my student debt but I have heard the phrase "Why put off till tomorrow what can be done today". It just felt good to be able to buy something to add to the game. I just hope it helps. To me, this is more of an investment, something that earns me some extra tokens. In my opinion, it would be a lot more fun if it was not so competitive. And for those who, like me don't visit their city very often I noticed that 3rd edition is the only available cards to mint. All other cards have to be purchased through the market
My goal for dcity is to have largely a farming town with some other necessities for my citizens to be able to survive and enjoy simple living. Dcity gods know those military-industrial cities need food and natural medicine. 😉😉
