El pasado mes fui con mi novio a visitar a mi Tia Aura, la cual vive en una montaña a 1600 metros sobre el nivel del mar tenÃamos mucho tiempo sin verla, además que mejor terapia que ir a compartir con ella y disfrutar de su hogar y sus alrededores rodeada de la grandiosa naturaleza. La Montaña Los Naranjos se encuentra en un espacio escarpado, rodeado de pinos y con una temperatura media de 16 grados, en un ambiente que alterna la neblina con el sol tropical. Asà que para llegar se recorre subidas empinadas en camionetas hasta llegar a la montaña.
Last month I went with my boyfriend to visit my Tia Aura, who lives in a mountain 1600 meters above sea level, we had long time without seeing her, and what better therapy than to go to share with her and enjoy her home and surroundings surrounded by the great nature. Los Naranjos Mountain is located in a steep space, surrounded by pine trees and with an average temperature of 16 degrees, in an environment that alternates mist with tropical sun. So to get there you drive up steep climbs in pickup trucks until you reach the mountain.
Al llegar a este ambiente tan agradable decidimos preparar un almuerzo especial, mi tia tiene muchas plantaciones, de naranjas, cambur, tomates, cebollÃn verduras, aguacates entre otros, asà que habÃa suficiente verdura para hacer y yo le lleve pollo y carne a mi tia. Yo quise preparar la mesa en el jardÃn y disfrutar el almuerzo en el ambiente natural, asà que coloque la vajilla , los cubiertos y un florero en el medio con flores naturales.
When we arrived to this nice environment we decided to prepare a special lunch, my aunt has many plantations of oranges, cambur, tomatoes, onions, vegetables, avocados among others, so there were enough vegetables to make and I took chicken and meat to my aunt. I wanted to set the table in the garden and enjoy lunch in the natural environment, so I placed the dishes, cutlery and a vase in the middle with natural flowers.
Primero hice el guisado con pollo y carne mezclado con sal ramas aromáticas entre ellas el laurel fresco, ya que ella tiene una planta, sal y jugo de naranja, y las verduras como ocumo y ñame le agregue agua, sal, laurel y ajà dulce y sancoché por unos minutos.

Seguidamente, preparé una crema de aguacate también llamada Guasacaca, en una licuadora coloque aguacate maduro, cebolla, ajo, vinagre cebolla y perejil, licue y listo la crema. Esta es para untar las verduras, panes, galletas y otros. Además que el aguacate es una fuente de energÃas y nutrientes que posee potasio, fibras y Es bajo en colesterol y triglicéridos.

Nada mejor que disfrutar una buena comida en un lugar como este, quedo todo delicioso, además de estar en un ambiente hermoso como la naturaleza imponente y bondadosa, ya que las verduras, las naranjas y el aguacate que usamos para nuestro almuerzo nos las regala esta tierra. El lugar es hermoso donde se respira tranquilidad, al escuchar la brisa fresca el sonidos de los pájaros ver las plantas todo la naturaleza junta y en armonÃa para disfrutar de un suculento almuerzo en esta montaña.
Nothing better than enjoying a good meal in a place like this, everything was delicious, besides being in a beautiful environment as the imposing and kind nature, since the vegetables, oranges and avocado that we used for our lunch were given to us by this land, The place is beautiful where you can breathe tranquility, listen to the fresh breeze, the sounds of the birds, see the plants, all the nature together and in harmony to enjoy a succulent lunch in this mountain.
