What inspires me to try new smoothies is the desire to create and be creative, something outside the regular, refreshing and healthy.
If I am to choose a favourite ingredient to add to my smoothie recipes, it will be cinnamon or ginger.
- My go-to smoothie that keeps me coming back is a pineapple and beetroot smoothie.
- I consider a creamy consistency, a mixture of fibre-packed fruits or veggies, and a combination of tropical and citric fruits to produce a thick, creamy smoothie, a rough, thick, but a bit juicy smoothie and a juicy smoothie.
