Tengo 13 años de servicio comencé a trabajar realizando una suplencia a mi maestra de preescolar, fue algo maravilloso para mi cuando comencé a estudiar esta carrera.

Tengo 3 hijos maravillosos para ellos he sido madre y su maestra en preescolar, me gustaría compartir algunos temas de gran interés con ustedes, ejercer mi carrera no es solo planificar y ejecutar es darte a conocer, demostrar e integrar a los representantes y comunidad en general a la institución, nosotros como docentes debemos darnos a conocer para que cuando los niños nos vean por las calles puedan decir "ella fue mi maestra de preescolar" para mi, me llena de mucha satisfacción y orgullo poder dejar en ellos una semilla que se que cada día crecerá, es una etapa que jamas olvidare.

Mis experiencias educativas con los proyectos emanados por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación son de gran importancia ya que es una carrera que se trata con suma delicadeza, es una carrera donde la humildad es primordial, no importa cuantos títulos tengas, es la ética profesional que se debe de demostrar para crecer como persona.
My educational experiences with the projects issued by the Ministry of Popular Power for Education are of great importance since it is a career that is treated with great delicacy, it is a career where humility is paramount, no matter how many degrees you have, it is ethics professional that must be demonstrated to grow as a person.
Para mí la pedagogía del amor es como la transformación de nuestro país donde se busca impulsar la planificación y ejecutar proyectos que fortalezcan las políticas educativas venezolanas, donde cada uno de los principales actores pongan en marcha sus habilidades, destrezas y potencial creador para innovar en la sociedad actual que tanto lo requiere. Además, de la capacidad de emprender nuevos proyectos relacionados con la productividad en cultivo, en trabajos manuales y artesanales, capacitación teatral, danza y música. Todo ello, para fomentar la pedagogía y la formación que amerita la educación venezolana desde el nivel maternal.
For me, the pedagogy of love is like the transformation of our country where it seeks to promote planning and implement projects that strengthen Venezuelan educational policies, where each of the main actors put their abilities, skills and creative potential into action to innovate in the current society that requires it so much. In addition, the ability to undertake new projects related to productivity in cultivation, manual and artisan work, theater training, dance and music. All this, to promote the pedagogy and training that Venezuelan education deserves from the maternal level.
Mi trabajo es mi segunda familia, trabajar con un equipo eficiente con mucha humildad y carisma, es satisfactorio.
