This time, I added a fried egg. Here’s how I made it

Lo primero que hago es llevar a hervir agua, al tiempo coloco la harina en una taza, amaso con agua y sal, tomo porciones y formo los bollitos dándole forma alargada, cuando el agua hierva los introduzco en la olla y dejó cocinar por espacio de unos 8 o 10 minutos.
Una vez que está listo retiro del fuego aún bien caliente, coloco en un plato, parto a la mitad, agrego mantequilla, queso blanco rallado y puedes añadir cualquier otro ingrediente; yo añadí un huevo frito
