[ESP-ING] Square Bolívar Santa Cruz

Esta plaza tiene muchos árboles y de todo tipo, tiene desde mango, palmeras, matas de caucho, samán, tiene algunas de flores y matas pequeñas, algo que me di cuenta de esta plaza es que tiene varias fuentes pero ninguna funciona lamentablemente, están pintadas de azul pero no tienen funcionamiento, algunas están dentro de la plaza pero se nota que algo deben de tener dañado porque no funcionan, y fuera de la plaza pude ver tres fuentes grandes pero que tampoco funcionan o quizás en este momento no estaba funcionando, pero se puede notar de que algo les sucede estas fuentes.

Fui a esta plaza en una tarde y se puede notar que esta plaza es bastante visitada, había muchas personas que estaban allí sentadas disfrutando de un ambiente tranquilo y otras hasta acostadas en los muros de la plaza, esta plaza tiene bastantes asientos o bancos para sentarse, los muros se aprovechan como asientos y también tiene pequeños bancos en todo los rincones de la plaza tanto por fuera como por dentro, así que habían bastantes personas y apenas se estaba haciendo tarde me imagino que en las noches esta plaza está bastante llena y llena de risas de niños quienes pueden disfrutarla.

Me gusta mucho también los faroles que tiene esta plaza, de noche se debe ver hermosa con tanto faroles que parecen del siglo 15, están hechos de hierro y en la parte de abajo están sostenidos con cemento, la plaza está muy bien pintada y en el centro hay una parte como redonda donde está la estatua de bronce de Simón Bolívar el Libertador de Venezuela, que mayormente se encuentra en casi todas las plazas del país, pude tomar una panorámica de la plaza para que la puedan apreciar completa o parte de ella y puedan visualizar de lo que les hablo, la plaza tiene un estilo colonial y tiene caico en toda la plaza.

This time I visited Plaza Bolívar in Santa Cruz de Aragua, a fairly large square with a beautiful, open space for all children, adults, seniors, and young people. This square was founded in 1910, so it is already a century old, and you can see that it is very well maintained and clean. I love that about this square; you can tell that the city government takes good care of it. It is located in the municipality of José Ángel Lamas.

An interesting fact about this square is that it is one of those squares that is not in front of a church or has no church on either side, unlike most Bolivar squares. This square has shops and businesses in front of it and on either side. I love a cake and yogurt shop that is there, but now I saw a new one called Cepillados. For those who don't know, they are like frappés or slushies, very delicious, and I had to try them, so we took the opportunity to eat one. Mine was tamarind with ice cream and strawberry, a 10/10, and my husband's was rum with raisins, ice cream, and orange. I loved my Cepillado, but my husband's was very sweet.

Among the stalls, there are also empanadas, milkshakes, waffles, and other items for sale. I noticed that there were no street vendors, as there usually are in the plazas. You can see that it is very well organized, and that must be why it is so clean.

This square has many trees of all kinds, including mango trees, palm trees, rubber trees, and saman trees. It also has some flowers and small bushes. Something I noticed about this square is that it has several fountains, but unfortunately none of them work. They are painted blue but are not functional. Some are inside the square, but you can tell that something must be damaged because they do not work. Outside the square, I could see three large fountains, but they also don't work, or perhaps they just weren't working at that moment, but you can tell that something is wrong with these fountains.

I went to this square one afternoon, and you can tell that it is quite popular. There were many people sitting there enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, and others even lying down on the walls of the square. This square has quite a few seats or benches to sit on. The walls are used as seats, and there are also small benches in all corners of the square, both outside and inside. So there were quite a few people, and as it was getting late, I imagine that at night this square is quite crowded and filled with the laughter of children who can enjoy it.

I also really like the lanterns in this square. At night, it must look beautiful with so many lanterns that look like they're from the 15th century. They're made of iron and are held up by cement at the bottom. The square is very well painted, and in the center there's a round area with a bronze statue of Simón Bolívar, the Liberator of Venezuela, which can be found in almost every square in the country. I was able to take a panoramic photo of the square so you can see all or part of it and visualize what I'm talking about. The square has a colonial style and is covered in caico throughout.
