[ESP-ING] Visit to the biscuit factory

Recorrer lugares es una de las cosas que más me gusta, visitar sitios que no conozco hace que uno aprenda y disfrute, hace poco fui a la Colonia Tovar un lugar turístico del estado Aragua Venezuela que ya les he hablado antes en la blockchain y que he dejado algunas fotos hermosas, pero hay sitios y lugares que no conozco pues aunque es un pueblo pequeño hay que quedarse para poder disfrutar de tantas atracciones que aquí tienen.

En esta oportunidad visite la fábrica de galletas 🍪, un lugar que fui hace años cuando era una adolescente y no recordaba, esta vez nos llevó mi hijo quien quería darnos un lindo paseo y el había ido en una excursión y quiso que visitaramos, al llegar el lugar estaba un poco solo y era mejor porque lo teníamos para nosotros.

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con una señora que nos preguntó si visitariamos la fábrica, lugar que ella ha trabajado por más de 50 años, la verdad no sabia quien era pero después nos dijeron que era la dueña de la fábrica y la que comenzó haciendo galletas y suspiros como un emprendimiento.

Al llegar al estacionamiento había unas máquinas grandes, la verdad no sé para qué son pues ahí solo estaba el estacionamiento, al principio pensaba que era para la fábrica de galletas pero no, y al lado está como una pequeña posada donde la gente se puede hospedar aquí en la fábrica de galletas, una habitación matrimonial aproximadamente tiene un costo de $35, me sorprendió mucho los candelabros de la parte de arriba pues son de madera y con un estilo como en triángulo hacia los lados.

Seguimos caminando y hay una entrada pequeña lo que nos lleva hacia la fábrica y venta de las galletas, suspiros mermeladas, panes, entre otros, lo primero que vimos al llegar fue las galletas, los suspiros y un espacio muy amplio donde caben muchas personas,me gustó mucho que aquí había una chimenea encendida, realmente estaba haciendo un poco de frío y con ese calorcito de la chimenea uno sí puede calentarse un poco, también me gustó ver que había como unos árboles o unos troncos de madera que sostenían parte de la estructura del techo el cual es de madera completamente, lo que hace que el ambiente sea muy fresco y unos ventanales inmensos donde entra bastante Brisa.

El chico que nos Atendió en la fábrica de galletas realmente es muy atento, no recuerdo su nombre pero nos contó la historia y nos llevó hacia la parte donde están los hornos donde se empaqueta y todo lo que tiene que ver con la fábrica de galletas, allí nos explicó que esos hornos fueron donados por el presidente de Alemania en aquella época y que actualmente son los mismos hornos que se utilizan.

El horno en la parte de abajo gira y es allí donde se ponen esas rejillas que ven allí donde se colocan las galletas y ellas van girando ya que el horno calienta por un lado y para que se doren todas tiene que dar vueltas, Igualmente los otros equipos de amasar, de hacer los suspiros y de hacer las galletas también Fueron donados por el presidente de Alemania y aún hasta la época están funcionando.

También nos explicó que la parte del empaquetado si es manual, que hay personas que trabajan empacando lo que son los panes, las galletas y los suspiro, igual que la mermelada, este chico no solamente nos llevó a ver la fábrica de galletas, sino que nos deleitó con su música, nos hizo bailar la música de su región y hasta nos enseñó cómo hacerlo, fue un recorrido bastante maravilloso donde pudimos apreciar su cultura y nos cuenta parte de su historia desde donde ellos vienen, eso me encanta de viajar y conocer personas.

Al finalizar todo el recorrido, el baile, Nos llevaron a degustar las galletas con la mermelada y realmente estaban deliciosa, así que Les recomiendo cuando vayan a la colonia a pasar por la fábrica de galletas comprar algunas galletas suspiros y mermeladas que son deliciosos, pasamos un día excelente.

Travelling is one of the things I enjoy most. Visiting places I don't know allows me to learn and enjoy myself. Recently, I went to Colonia Tovar, a tourist spot in the state of Aragua, Venezuela, which I have mentioned before on the blockchain and where I have posted some beautiful photos. However, there are places and sites that I don't know, because even though it is a small town, you have to stay there to enjoy all the attractions it has to offer.

This time, I visited the biscuit factory, a place I went to years ago when I was a teenager and didn't remember. This time, my son took us there because he wanted to give us a nice outing. He had been on an excursion and wanted us to visit. When we arrived, the place was a bit deserted, which was better because we had it all to ourselves.

When we arrived, we met a lady who asked us if we would like to visit the factory, a place where she has worked for over 50 years. I didn't know who she was, but later we were told that she was the owner of the factory and the one who started making biscuits and meringues as a business venture.

When I arrived at the car park, there were some large machines. I don't really know what they are for, as there was only the car park there. At first, I thought they were for the biscuit factory, but no. Next to it is a small inn where people can stay at the biscuit factory. A double room costs approximately $35. I was very surprised by the chandeliers above, as they are made of wood and have a triangular style on the sides.

We kept walking and there's a small entrance that leads to the factory and the biscuit shop, which sells meringues, jams, breads, among other things. The first thing we saw when we arrived were the biscuits, the meringues and a very large space that can accommodate many people. I really liked that there was a lit fireplace here. It was actually a bit cold, and with the warmth from the fireplace, you could warm up a bit. I also liked seeing that there were trees or wooden logs supporting part of the ceiling structure, which is made entirely of wood, making the atmosphere very fresh, and huge windows where a lot of breeze comes in.

The chap who showed us around the biscuit factory was really very attentive. I can't remember his name, but he told us the history and took us to see the ovens where the biscuits are packaged and everything else to do with the biscuit factory. There he explained that those ovens were donated by the German president at the time and that they are still the same ovens that are used today.

The oven at the bottom rotates, and that's where they put the racks you see there, where the biscuits are placed. They rotate as the oven heats up on one side, and in order for them all to brown, they have to turn. Similarly, the other equipment for kneading, making meringues and making biscuits was also donated by the President of Germany and is still in use today.

He also explained that the packaging is done manually, that there are people who work packing the bread, biscuits and meringues, as well as the jam. This young man not only took us to see the biscuit factory, but also delighted us with his music, made us dance to the music of his region and even taught us how to do it. It was a wonderful tour where we were able to appreciate his culture and he told us part of his history about where they come from. That's what I love about travelling and meeting people.

At the end of the tour and the dance, they took us to taste the biscuits with jam, and they were really delicious, so I recommend that when you go to the colony, you stop by the biscuit factory to buy some suspiros biscuits and jams, which are delicious. We had an excellent day.
