Today, I present to you a delightful and nutritious drink. A drink filled with many vitamins and yet super delicious.
Papaya, youghurt and oat smoothie
It's been raining for sometime now, some days it rains for hours while other days , its either cold, or drizzling.
Sometimes, when it rains I prefer to stay at home and take care of certain things and on such occasions, I usually prepare something nice and chilled for myself.
I had some papaya in the fridge and oat too, so i decided to turn the both of them into something delightful, something nice but one thing was missing, "my milk!".
Well i have youghurt and its a good substitute too.
Papaya is a delicious fruit and combining it with oat and youghurt is awesome. It is super delicious and I loved every sip of it.
Here's how i made this amazing smoothie
Ingredients needed
- 250ml of sweetened youghurt
- 3 tablespoon of oat
- half ripe papaya
How i prepared it
Slice the papaya
I started by slicing my papaya in bits because of the blender. Then i set it aside.
Blend the ingredients together
Then i transfer the papaya to the blender, added my oats and also the youghurt. Then i gave it a nice blend.
Serve
Now, my papaya smoothie is ready!, i transferred to my cup and served. It was awesome.
This smoothie is awesome, i highly recommend it for smoothie lover. It taste amazing.
