Last night, I fell asleep trying to post my #postitnote gift to . Obviously, I’m not a very committed gift-giver. Anyway, I woke up this morning and decided to switch the post to a ulog. It felt more uloggy after a sleep.
It all started with an idea I had on my sluggish 10km jog yesterday. I was thinking on the #postitnote idea came up with. He’s a talented artist, a veteran, and I wanted to support his idea. I just wasn’t sure what the purpose was. As I ran, I realized it would be fun. And being so small, I’m restricted on how much time and effort I can spend on it. By its nature it demands imperfection. So perfect! ❤️
It was decided, I was going to write the thought, “Me on a 10km run” followed by a doodle of a snail. When I got home, I forgot.
I’ve been thinking about those I considered friends on Steemit. I’ve been preoccupied with how I spend my time: post vs comments, time spent on those who genuinely support vs ‘networking’ or inspiration hunting. To follow on from Ulog#1, I’m as guilty of being that one-way pal I complain about.
Jack does a lot for me. He does a lot for others. He does a lot for the communities he cares about. I became friends with him when I was loitering on the Team Australia server bored. He immediately tasked me with making a fundraising post. We’ve been friends since. So last night when I read his post that he was no longer managing the Team Australia fundraising activities, I wanted him to know his efforts were much appreciated by me. So Jack, this is for you...
I’m not supposed to write lots, but I’ll ignore that rule too. Sorry, Brian, I’m changing things to suit me. Hopefully, others might get some value out of the tag too. :)
It’s actually attempt #2. I tossed the first because it looked like Jack was taking a dump... I checked with husband, he laughed and agreed. This last one looks more like he’s sitting on a rock. But if it still looks like a pile of poo, then I’m sorry! It was done with a sharpie and there was no room for error....
I can’t help but feel this is another shocker of a bad post. Oh well, Ulog means it’s okay, it’s all about me. 😉

The contribution of these steemians have made a positive difference in my journey and many others within the blockchain. ❤️
Thank you.
