I was grateful that I took my camera along in the cool of yesterday's late afternoon. Being prepared is a lesson that I have learned the hard way over the years. But, in actual fact even though I had my camera I was thinking that my #Wednesaywalk day was going to be uneventful. How could I possibly see something new on a path that I walk so often?
But, I should never become too complacent with nature, I should know it never surprises me with its never ending beauty. On the beach I saw the prettiest early sunset colours over the ocean. This scene is just full of serenity, all the colours mix so beautifully together.
And then when I chose to walk the path back home I was further surprised by nature's lovely show of the brightest golden colour in the sky. There were no clouds out, only the biggest ball of sunset colours filling the sky brightly showing out in between houses. It was one of those wow factors.
I would prefer being out in nature with but the is not the case for me in my populated part of the Sunshine Coast. Sunsets are beautiful now matter where one is I tell myself. And beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Only a few photos on that day so I dug into my library and found a couple more. I always amazed how setting suns vary from day to day. Are here are a couple of shots off the setting sun in a sky full of clouds. They are taken in my little backyard on two different days at different stages of a setting sun.

Wishing everyone happiness of the glow of a setting sun
Cheers and Blessings

To me, aging is an up and down rocky journey. It is extraordinarily personal.
