The words that come out of someone's mouth can have an adverse effect on one.
This post is a bit of a rant, but there are certain things that really make me angry - let me explain ...
Yesterday, while I was out, I received a message on my phone from one of the people that stays on the same property as me.
This man stays in a cottage downstairs from my place and we both share the exit through the garage door - this door is manually operated and about four weeks ago one of the cables broke.
After waiting for quite some time before the landlord fixed it, he only replaced the broken cable despite us telling him to replace both of them and yes, you have guessed it, the other cable has now broken.
When I arrived home, I could not get access to my garage and the landlord had switched his phone off and disappeared.
To come to the point, my fellow neighbor managed to push up the door so that I could get my car in and in the process hurt his back.
The landlord has a really foul mouth and when I opened my front door this morning, all I could hear was him swearing at someone in the most abusive manner.
What gives him the right to treat people in this manner?
Well, I decided to try and ignore all the abuse and rather check out my second flush of chilies that have appeared - maybe he could do with a big dose of hot chilies in his mouth to wash out the filthy language!
I have students coming for an art class tonight and the door has not been fixed yet - so am waiting to see what happens.
