Although each partner has different needs and problems, some of these things can help you know what to do.
What to do if not pregnant:
Run the fertility plan that has been made
Once you, your spouse, and your doctor have decided which action or treatment to take, immediately do whatever it is your plan. This process can be pretty simple or vice versa: complex and difficult.
Handling fertility can sometimes be a burden on the mind. Make sure you've consulted doctors and nurses about everything, and get emotional support from family, friends, support groups, or therapists.
Reevaluate your plan if it does not work
Fertility treatment is not a straightforward solution, but it is more like a trial and error process. You may get pregnant right away in the first treatment cycle, but you often need to try several cycles before you succeed.
Remember that if there is one cycle that fails then it does not mean that the treatment will not work, and remember that couples without fertility problems even need 3-6 months to successfully get pregnant.
If the plan does not work for a longer period of time, or you are not satisfied with the treatment you received, consider changing a doctor or clinic.
