I was born in 1991. I saw the beginning of the ADD diagnoses boom. I saw my friends have suicidal thoughts solely because of drugs they had been prescribed by doctors or psychologists(you aren't a real doctor sorry) and doled out by pharmacists whom I view more like this gif.
They told me how their new pills made them feel. They all said the same things. All those crazy side effects they list as MAY happen on their commercial at 4x speed. Happen to everyone, without fail. Some people deal with it. Others end up committing suicide , attempting it or becoming the next mass shooter. Meanwhile the "Drug War" rages on against drugs far less sinister than these. That was the motivation behind my "The drug war is a myth" posts. Yes it was metaphorical of-course the drug war is "real" but it is a joke to me. Because they don't care when people die from drugs the government approved them to take.
