Daily smokers are more likely to go to the doctor
False. According to a Boston Medical Center research paper, those that consume marijuana daily are no more likely to visit a doctor than non-smokers. This is an amazing statistic if you consider that many people with AIDs, cancer, and other disorders that necessitate hospital care smoke medical marijuana. Because sick people use marijuana daily to get better, feel better, one would expect that the cannabis smokers group would have a higher incidence of hospital visits.
