I feel nice and now I'm more active than never 🤣 but like a "lazy" but, the problem is that I back home very tired and then my mind only wants to rest, I know that's just a excuse and now my work is try to back and make some exercise every day, 15 or 20 min of workout is better than 0... Just because when I don't make it one day, than the other is more difficult to me to do it. 🤣 IT'S NO SENCE, I KNOW!
I don't see many changes this time but I think its because the clothes aren't the same 🤣.
I mesured my weight some days ago (not at the morning) and I lost 1 kg more. ☺️
