• Last meeting minutes from 11/23/2018:
  • How to go on:
    • Yohan: We need projects and project leaders.
    • Yohan is going to start the school project in February 2019.
    • Achim is going on to help financial with 75 €/month.
    • Jordanlove is going to hook up to the TV personal.
    • Jarau is going to organize a Teamuganda birthday party in December.
    • We can do this all in parallel. Only the schoolproject is too expensive. We have to reduce the price.
• Today we talked about the christmas party and the impact for new steemians.
• We found some mistakes we did and talked about them. Here are some lessons learned:
  • Make good pictures during the sessions.
  • Clarify how much money is allowed to spend.
  • Report about the sessions, so the donators can see what happens with the money.
  • The more people post about a story, the better is the picture, that others get. This is multiple prove of brain.
    
• The next big goal is the school project from @Yohan2on.
• We are going to save the money for it.
