Good bloggers are those who have realized the importance of using internal linking, especially at the beginning of thier blog posts. Those internal links are useful for optimization of search engines. Also they help to keep people on your blog longer. Internal links could be linked to your previous blogs. The other part of this is including links to other posts on Steemit or even outside Steemit. I'm sure you've seen a couple of steemians adopt this model and the result is massive mentions and visits from readers of other blogs.
Lastly, make sure not to use too many links (internal and external) in your blog posts to avoid your blog being flagged as spam by search engines. I hope you understand that your posts go beyond Steemit once it pays out? Ponder!
Use catchy keywords
There are many search engine enhancement tips for keyword usage that you could use in your post content. The most important trick that top bloggers would tell you is to use keywords that are catchy in your titles. The other part to this is to use those keywords as early as possible in your post. A good place to start is in the title of your post. However, make sure your posts doesn't sound like a bunch of keywords. Your post quality and meaning shouldn't deviate from the context of your post when you include keywords. Instead, make sure keywords come up organically within the post
Finally, I would suggest that you can go as far as promoting with other blogs or even starting a contest in order to foster the rate at which people interact with your post.

SKILL ACQUISITION PROJECTS: where various skills will be taught to foster the emergence of new entrepreneurs that thrive on voluntarism.
THE MINNOW SCHOOL TALENT HUNT: we greatly hope to give minnows who are not really writers but have other gifts such as singing, painting, dancing, acting a platform to express themselves and get their creativity beyond their minds. Basically, we are giving these young people a voice and ultimately awaken the writer in them.
THE MINNOW SCHOOL ART/MUSIC EXHIBITIONS: here talented young people will get to showcase their talents and the value they have to offer to the community. We will be sponsoring art projects and professional music careers will emerge with this.
