Dew days ago I introduced the minnow school project from the campus of the University of Port Harcourt. The minnow school is an offline aid for newbies on steemit, ensuring that content creators don't give up by teaching and inspiring them to love what they do with or without the monetary rewards.
Over the past couple of days we've recorded massive success. And I'm pleased to announce to you that we've been able to assist minnows in the following areas ;
- providing free mobile data services (Wi-Fi hot-spot)
- reviewing contents to ensure quality.
- teaching them the use of tags, to avoid tag abuse.
- A whatsapp group for reaching out to minnows while they are away. here

OTHER ACHIEVEMENT IN THE YEAR 2017
Since the close of the offline minnow school for the Christmas break, we have been promoting steemit in various areas in Nigeria. Now we're about to bring to you STEEMUP OGUN STATE, on the 30th of December, 2017. We've been able to secure a venue for the event and also gotten presentation materials such as; projectors, a notebook computer. I have made emphasis on this in the video above.
Also, we've been able to buy a camera for easy documentation of all our events.
